QUEVEDA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“QueViraLoan”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects the privacy rights of its users (“you”, “your”). This Privacy Policy sets forth our practices for collection, usage, storage, disclosure and erasure of your personal data, in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA), RBI Digital Lending Directions and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Please read this document carefully before accessing or using our mobile application and platform services.
Partnership Statement
QUEVEDA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED acts as authorised Lending Service Provider (LSP) and technology facilitator, operating the QueViraLoan digital lending platform. All loan-related decisions including eligibility assessment, credit approval, fund disbursement and setting loan terms are performed exclusively by our RBI-registered NBFC partner S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED.
User data is shared securely with S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED for credit underwriting and loan servicing purposes under DPDPA 2023 requirements. Regulatory obligations for lending activities rest with S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED in accordance with applicable RBI guidelines.
By using QueViraLoan, you explicitly acknowledge that QUEVEDA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is not the lender and solely functions as a loan-application facilitator. You irrevocably consent to transmit your loan application and relevant personal data to S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED for credit evaluation, approval processing and regulated disbursement subject to RBI digital lending norms.
Information We Collect
Collected Content: Registered mobile phone number
Purpose: Create and secure your user account; deliver OTP-based login and identity verification. This is mandatory for platform access.
Deletion: Subject to statutory record-retention obligations under Indian law, data will be processed in accordance with your account deletion request.
Collected Content: Full name, email address, residential contact address, Aadhaar number, PAN number, date of birth and emergency-contact details.
Purpose: Verify user identity, complete regulatory KYC formalities, support credit-worthiness evaluation for personalised loan offers processed by our NBFC lending partner.
Collected Content: Only application names and installation timestamps of financial-related apps (banking, payment and lending applications). We do not collect usage logs, user credentials or private content from third-party apps.
Purpose: Strengthen credit-risk assessment to match you with suitable credit solutions.
Deletion: All metadata of installed applications will be permanently purged within 24 hours upon submission of your loan application.
Collected Content: Device camera access. No media files are collected without your explicit capture action.
Purpose: Capture clear images of official identity documents for KYC submission and user authentication workflows.
Collected Content: Bank account number, IFSC code and UPI identifiers.
Purpose: Process loan disbursement directly into your designated bank account.
WARNING: Please provide accurate banking details; incorrect information may result in disbursement delays or failed fund transfers.
Collected Content: Android ID, Advertising ID, device model, operating-system version and device serial metadata.
Purpose: Fraud mitigation, technical troubleshooting, application performance diagnostics and platform security enhancement.
Note: Device identifiers will not be utilised for personalised advertising or third-party cross-tracking.
Note: We do not collect call logs or precise GPS geolocation data within QueViraLoan.
Data Security
At QueViraLoan, data confidentiality is our highest priority. User personal and financial data is protected with bank-grade encryption and hosted on secure servers located within India to satisfy RBI data-localisation mandates.
Metadata for installed financial applications is permanently erased within 24 hours post loan-application submission as described above. You may modify or revoke application-level permissions any time through your device system settings. Our data handling practices comply with Indian regulatory frameworks including DPDPA 2023, IT Act 2000 and RBI digital-lending requirements.
Sharing of Your Information
We share your personal data only with our regulated lending partner S.B.N. LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED, required for processing your loan application, underwriting, disbursement and post-disbursement loan servicing.
We will not disclose your personal information to any external third-party except:
1. Where you have provided explicit separate consent;
2. Where disclosure is mandated under applicable Indian statutes, court orders or regulatory directions.
Your Rights & Choices
Under DPDPA 2023 you hold rights to access, correct and request erasure of your personal data held by usPress Info.... You may submit your data or account-deletion request via our official support channel. Upon receiving your valid request, we will acknowledge your query within 48 hours and process your request within applicable statutory timelines. Records that we are legally obligated to preserve will be retained as required by law.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy to reflect updates in our data-processing practices or changes in applicable law. For material revisions, we will notify you either by email communication or via prominent in-app notice prior to revised terms taking effect. You are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
